    This service includes initial concept and technical design, sourcing & specifying as well as project management to completion.

  • For those who do not require project management, we offer a design-only service that includes detailed concept and technical design.

    Aligning with the project brief & budget, we provide plans and elevations alongside an outline design programme and a comprehensive itemised product list.

    Fees start at £750+VAT for a single room.

  • We offer one-off consultations offering support and advice for those embarking on or in the process of a design project.

    We can provide guidance on layout options and clearances, as well as personalised product recommendations with a comprehensive itemised sourcing list.

    The fee for a one-hour online consultation is £250, and includes any preliminary research as well as as detailed notes and a video recording of the consultation.

  • Feasibility studies sense check existing plans prior to submitting for approval, helping to ensure that a proposal meets local and regional planning policies and is aligned with its intended outcome.

    We are also able to make design recommendations that could benefit the overall scheme.

  • We craft detailed and comprehensive design & access statements to support both preliminary (‘pre-app’) and full planning applications.
