We have been appointed as lead planning and design consultants on this three-storey mid-terrace townhouse set within the De Beauvoir conservation area

The property will undergo a full refurbishment and extension to maximise its potential as a family home. Our approach features a design and material palette that is innovative and ambitious, while still being sympathetic to the character of the building and its setting.

After a positive pre-application response, we hope to start on site in September 2025.
