After a decade of rental, the owners of this Victorian terrace in Peckham wished to return to the property and reconfigure it for their own needs.
A full refurbishment programme was undertaken, with planning permission secured for a wraparound side and rear extension to incorporate an additional living area, as well as a generously-sized kitchen.
Slim-profile sliding doors frame views out to a newly landscaped south-facing garden, while strategically-placed skylights exploit the vaulted ceiling, flooding the space with natural light.
Bespoke kitchen fronts in a contrasting colourway feature streamlined integrated handles, while concrete-effect porcelain tiles provide a counterpoint to renovations in the existing spaces, which were renovated to be sympathetic to the property’s Victorian-era construction.
