The owners of this Victorian house, on an elegant street bordering Peckham and Dulwich, were seeking additional living space without the need to relocate.

By securing permission under permitted development rights to extend into the loft, we added a full-width glazed dormer to create a light-filled principal bedroom and ensuite. White-washed pine flooring contrasts with terrazzo tiles and matt black brassware in the shower room, while bespoke integrated storage optimises functionality.
